Our current work systems were not designed for women and very few organizations have acknowledged the need for change. Even though women have been in the workforce for decades, women are forced to compromise on their needs and tolerate unfavorable conditions.
These STEM community meetings will be a safe space to talk about your challenges in the field, seek advice and provide support to your peers. They will also be a great space to network and have a chat.
These FREE support groups will take place on Tuesdays at 7pm online and will start to roll out this year as follow:
