Eaton’s Hazardous Area Communications has an opening for an EHS Manager. The MEDC EHS Manager is responsible for EHS programs at MEDC. This position develops, implements, and manages the EHS programs to be in compliance with local, country and regional EHS requirements, as well as Eaton’s internal EHS requirements . The goal is for the EHS programs to progress to world class levels. In addition, they will be expected to assist development of EHS best practice and talent development across other Hazardous Area Communications European sites. Talent development is a key responsibility for this role.
This position is accountable to the plant manager of the facility. This role reports functionally to the CCH Division EHS Director and the sub regional EHS manager as well as the HAC Operations Director.
The EHS Manager actively participates in the Corporate EHS Audit Program as an auditor and is expected to progress to the lead auditor level.
